XSIDES INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

xSides has been developing technologies related to Display Systems since the early 1990’s, and has invented and enhanced key components of related to display technologies including a wide range of Trusted Computing and Rights Management related technologies that enable secure management of digital content within video display systems.

xSides believes that its patents describe many aspects of the basic infrastructure necessary for protecting and managing digital content, enterprise trusted computing, and next-generation distributed computing platforms, within digital devices.

XSIDES PATENTS

xSides inventions have resulted in grants for 20 patents (3 of which are International grants) issued to date, with 2 additional patent applications allowed by the USPTO and scheduled for issuance in 2004. With already over 1000 claims related to the fields of invention xSides believes that these claims likely represent only a portion of what will ultimately issue based on the material filed to date.

In addition to the issued and allowed patents, xSides has an extensive porfolio of patents pending throughout the world and believes substantial numbers of additional applications and many additional claims will be filed.
